The housing “Units” are being replaced this year and will not be available. It is anticipated that air-conditioned rooms will be made available in Gunsolley Hall as well as in Walker. Please be mindful that the requests for air-conditioning often exceed the number of rooms available. Single persons in air-conditioned dorms will be assigned a roommate. If you need air conditioning, we must have your registration by June 1, 2011. The following explains the air-conditioning response options:

R -> REQUIRED Due to Medical Condition
P -> PREFERRED, but would give it up for someone with greater need
N -> NO air-conditioning requested.

Since this is a family reunion, we encourage participants to attend as families. Please feel free to bring as many guests and extended family members as you can reasonably expect to work with in a harmonious manor. All campers under age 18 must be sponsored by an adult and be housed in close proximity to their sponsor. Sponsors must be at least 21 years old and be willing to ensure that campers under their care are supervised at all times and participating in scheduled activities.

The fee for registration is $50 and is non-refundable. Please make your check payable to "Seventy Missionary Family Reunion," and write your Registration Confirmation Number on it. Checks may be sent to:

Due to an increase in Graceland Housing fees ($11-12 per PERSON per night, as opposed to $20 per ROOM per night), costs for the 2011 Reunion are estimated to increase to about $200.00 per person.

Registration fees will cover approximately 5% of total costs. The balance will be raised through free-will offering. Please plan your stewardship accordingly so that we may meet our obligations and allow all who desire to attend to join us regardless of financial circumstances. Registration status can be checked under View Registration to verify that registration fee has been processed. Changes to the Registration can be made under Change or Delete Registration until June 1^st
