A Family Missionary Reunion
Theme: Behold the Savior

Announcements

REGISTRATION

Please register everyone for reunion, even those attending part time. Registration may be done in the reunion office in the MSC, Graceland Student Government Office.

REUNION EXPENSES

The difference between the $50 registration fee and the total costs of the reunion will be met by freewill offering. Please give as you are able. Pay in the Reunion Office and receipts are available there as well.

PARTICIPATION

We encourage participation in all the activities of the reunion. As this is a family reunion rather than a youth camp, we rely on parents and sponsors to insure participation.

REUNION OFFICE HOURS

The reunion office is located in the MSC, Graceland Student Government Office.

WEB SITE FOR THE SEVENTY

Did you know that the Seventy have a web site? Simply type www.restorationseventy.org to see what is happening! Reunion sermons and classes will be made available here, just click the Reunion link on the right hand side of main page to find this information.

PLEASE WEAR YOUR NAME TAG

We are gathered from a number of different areas so we would appreciate everyone wearing their name tags all week. We want to know who you are.

ADMINISTRATIONS

Anyone needing administration should contact Ammon Thomas, the Administrations Coordinator.

SITTING AS FAMILIES

We would like this week to be a family experience and ask that families sit together for both prayer and preaching services. Youth who have come with another family should join that family at these times. Supervision of youth is the responsibility of parents or the sponsors.

WRIST BANDS FOR MEAL TICKETS

Bands must be worn on wrists to comply with the requirements of food service. If your band is not on your wrist, you will be charged cash for your meal. If your arm band is damaged and has to be replaced, you must return the damaged pieces to the Camp Directors. The Sodexo fee for replacement is $10.

WEATHER NOTIFICATION

In the case of inclement weather, announcements will be made via closed-circuit TV. Proceed directly to storm shelters, if the tornado sirens sound.

PRIORITY IN THE MEAL LINES

Parents with young children will be allowed to move to the front of the line at meal time, particularly at lunch, when children need to get down for naps.

CYBER CAFE AND TELEVISIONS

Computers in the Cyber Cafe are off-limits to us. They are reserved for students. TV sets in the lounges are to be off, except those used for announcements.

BIKES, SKATEBOARDS, WHEELEES, and UNICYCLES

For the safety of others, please use your “wheels” on the sidewalks around and leading to the Library or RV lot.

SWIMMING

Everyone is eligible to receive swimming passes. Because we are limited to 75 swimmers in the pool at one time, those wanting to swim have been issued coupons which must be exchanged for swimming passes designating a specific day and time of your choice (as long as passes for that session last). Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Water wings may be helpful, as the shallow end of the pool is four feet deep.

GOLF CARTS

Golf carts are available to transport those in need to activities. Please ensure that golf carts are fully stopped and the driver is aware of your intentions before getting on or off.

DINING IN THE COMMONS

Children two and under eat free and should not be counted as they go through the line. We encourage people to be good stewards of the food they take so there is not a lot of wasted food. Please do not enter, leave and enter again, as we are charged for each entry. Please do not save seats. Use this time to fellowship and get acquainted with the Saints. ADDITIONAL

REUNION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Announcements for each day will be made via Cruise News, distributed nightly, as well as on campus closed-circuit television sets on Channel 42 in the Commons, Memorial Student Center and the main lounges in Tess Morgan, Walker, and Gunsolley.
